Great podcast — I’m very happy to see that the idea of an “LDL goal” is finally falling out of favor. I’ve found the risk calculators to be a bit clunky (requiring downloading an Excel file), so I created a web-based online version available at http://clincalc.com/Cardiology/ASCVD/PooledCohort.aspx — of course, it is free, too.
