    I was the first one to miss a case at my clinic in mid June. MSM presented with a firm papule on a FINGER ONLY, no genital lesions. Subjectively noted fever the prior day or two but not the day of infection. I actually froze the lesion thinking verruca. 2 days later lesions erupted and he was ill with rectal pain requiring hospitalization.
