    Would have been interesting to hear Dr. Krumholz’s hypothesis on why the telemonitoring study in heart failure did not show an impact on outcomes. I’m guessing one possibility is that lifestyle/diet/mental health or other issues that may be resistant to modification by this approach as drivers of rehospitalization, and/or natural hx of the disease.
